Personality
On the surface, Rei seems detached, distant & untouchable. In reality, he's super empathetic and caring. He loves people & humanity in its entirety but has a hard time connecting with other people on a personal level, thus he struggles with feelings of loneliness and isolation. The personas that he feigns are a defense mechanism.These quotes from the Operetta event shine light onto his internal struggle:

Appearance
Rei has shoulder-length wavy & dark hair, a pale complexion, and red eyes. His style (as a performer) is gothic, but his casual style is relatively modern. He tends to wear dark colors (usually darker purples, gray and black). He has pierced ears and sometimes wears other pieces of jewelry.

Ritsu is Rei's little brother! Taking their ages/birthdays into account, they're about 11 months apart in age which is insane (RIP to their mom). In the first game, Ritsu greatly disliked Rei, while Rei often gushed over and doted on Ritsu. They used to be much closer, but (if I remember correctly) Ritsu began to resent Rei because of his departure overseas. Honestly, Ritsu isn't my cup of tea (as far as characters go) so I don't know everything regarding him.
